How we do it

  • Independent unbiased advice and guidance, as your Client-side Project Management Representative.
  • To understand your Project Brief and overall Objectives and to formulate this for you, leading to the production of full Employers Requirements Pack.
  • Understand your Space and Operational Requirements and, if required, organise Workplace Studies to assess the best use of any office space fully.
  • Assist in the evaluation of any potential or proposed buildings taking account of your needs and wants, the impact on construction costs, programme and any statutory or legal obligations they might impose.
  • Prepare detailed Project Budgets and ongoing monitoring and control of financial aspects of the works.
  • Prepare Sequencing Programmes through each stage of the Projects Development, from Inception and Design through to Completion.
  • Advise on the different routes for you to Procure your Project, whether Traditional, Design and Build or Single Source negotiated formats.
  • Advise the Client on specialist services, including consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers required in connection with the Project.
  • Deal with the various Forms of Contract and your Legal and Project Health and Safety obligations.
  • Manage any Statutory Building Control and Planning Approval requirements.
  • Assist with your Licence to Alter / Landlord communications.
  • Manage the Tendering Process, Analysis of Costs and any Value Engineering, Final Negotiations
  • Act as your Contract Administrator / Employers Agent throughout the works on site.
  • Assist in your relocation and move management.
  • Deliver your Project to Brief, Programme and Budget. Ensuring all completion commissioning and certification at handover. Including protecting your future warranty and maintenance interests.
